Where we ship

We ship to the United States and Canada.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum spend, no surprise charges at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 8 to 12 business days. We would rather tell you this upfront than surprise you after you have paid. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs processing, carrier delays and weather.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 3 business days to begin updating after you receive it. This is normal and does not mean your parcel is lost.

Duties and taxes

Any applicable duties and import charges are accounted for in the price you pay. If you are ever asked to pay an unexpected charge to receive your parcel, contact us with a photo of the notice and we will make it right.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can usually correct it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be located we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
