Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the 50 US states, Washington, DC, and Canada. We can't ship to US territories or to APO/FPO military addresses.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Where your order ships from

Orders are packed and shipped by our fulfillment partner from their warehouse in China.

Duties and taxes

United States: import duties and tariffs are included in the price you pay. You should not be asked to pay anything to receive your parcel. If you are, contact us with a photo of the notice and we'll make it right.

Canada: import taxes (GST/HST) and any duties are not included in the price and may be collected by the carrier when your parcel is delivered.

Processing time

Orders usually ship within 1 to 5 business days.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 8 to 15 business days to the US and Canada. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, carrier delays and weather. For Christmas, order by November 23 for the best chance of arrival before December 24.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 2 to 3 business days to start updating.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away; if the order hasn't shipped we can usually fix it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived 30 business days after it shipped, contact us. If the parcel can't be found, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
